18" Traffic Cone

18" Traffic Cone is molded of polyvinyl chloride with the cone and base being one continuous layer to prevent separation.  Cone comes in a high visibility red-orange color for maximum visibility and fade resistance under all weather conditions.  Bases are designed for easy stacking and features a 20-second return-to-shape rate when crushed.
