The system software divides each day into 24 time slots. In each time slot, the user is allowed to program individual sequence, time and duration patterns. In case of emergency or temporary situations, the traffic officer can quickly reprogram the lights via a wireless palmtop terminal

With EGL's intelligent solar traffic control system, setting up a traffic control at road junctions is cost effective. The entire system of lights is wireless. In a junction group, the master light unit sends out synchronising command signals to the slave light units through an antenna.
