AlcoMate Core alcohol detector is designed based on a highly accurate Micro Elect-Mechanical semiconductor sensor MEMS, rich in n-type conductivity charges. When exposed to Alcohol, its surface is oxidized resulting in fewer number of free electrons and thus a higher surface resistance. This change in conductivity will be measured and converted to percentage of BAC the later displayed.

The AlcoMate Core AL6000 is a portable professional alcohol breathalyzer which is DOT approved and recommended for use by Safety managers, police and US government agencies. It employs advance features such as pressure sensing, One-Way-Blow mouthpiece and cumulative test results.
