One of the only military cooling vests which has both evaporative and phase change cooling technologies into one vest. It has been designed so that it allows soldiers and marines to wear directly on top of the cooling garment, which is worn over the shirt. This configuration is necessary to allow for the rear phase packs to be exchanged while on patrol without removing any garments or armour.
