Specially desinged clear Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene construction, round lockout cover of 55 mm dia and of 45 mm high. the square base plate sizes of 61 x 61 x 61 mm high 3 ribbed backing having provision for installaling 2 padlocks of shackle thinkness 6 mm. the base plate is being provided with the super strong black double sided tape with white liner ( for fixing the lockout to the electrical panels).
