Halon-1301

The most efficiency extinguishing agent are commonly known as Halon 1301 or in chemical named Bromotrifluoromethane which is also considered nontoxic to humans concentrations necessary to extinguish most fires. Affer discharge, Halon 1301 requires no cleanup making it extremely useful in applications where damage by other extinguishing methods would be prohibitive such as important documentary storage, electronic equipment-computer room and the closed hazard. Though Halon 1301 is not further produced in present but there are some special areas e.g. airplane that still need Halon 1301 since present the 100% Halon substitution could not be found.
