Owing to the use of nanopowders the solidifying temperater is reduced. The quicker the coating solidifies the sooner it can fulfil its function. As a consequence of the very quick bonding process the surface is closed so that the trapped gases like combustion products or water can form bubbles that additionally act as a heat insulation and a flame shield. Thus the formation of fumes is reduced drastically.
