Fire-fighting capability at Fujairah International Airport is rated Category-9 having been built on 6 major tenders and one rapid intervention vehicle. The fire service unit conducts regular drills and is capable of effective intervention in a real emergency. The ground handling staff, as well as the fire fighting and security personnel are a well-trained, dedicated team of professionals with several years of experience behind them.
