Rice PL

It is often considered to be the best type of white rice and it has awonderfully aromatic flavour. It has a light, fluffy consistency andthe grains separate easily when cooked.
Uses: Best served with curries and spicy Indian dishes.
To store: Keep in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.
To cook:For best results rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking. For 4 peopleplace 225g rinsed rice in a pan with 600ml water and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until tender. Drainthoroughly before serving.
