Semicon-Detectorfor Hydrogen
The Semicon-Detector is a reliable measuring instrument to readconcentrations of Hydrogen in the lower ppm-range up to Vol.%-range.The measuring system is based on changes in the conductivity of
theheated sensor elements when exposed to gases.
The two sensor elements of the Semicon-Detector are a semiconductor gassensor on SnO
2-basisand a heat conductance sensor, which complement each other in a diversegas measuring device of
the highest sensitivity, selectivity, stabilityand safety. The detector module has integral safety related functions.Errors will be signaled during the measuring procedure.
