Signature Series detectors and modules offer true intelligent detection with lightning fast response times. The microprocessor based multi-sensor technology virtually eliminates false alarms. The on-board microprocessor constantly monitors the state of its sensor(s) and using sophisticated algorithms effectively distinguishes between a legitimate change of state and a non-threatening situation that would otherwise lead to a false alarm. Each Signature detector features short and long term drift compensation, continuous self-diagnostics and an on-board device history log. The robust Signature communication protocol works on virtually any cablea great benefit in retrofit work. Signature Series is compatible with EST3 and Quick Start fire alarm control panels. The smoke, heat and multi-criteria detectors in the range are complemented by a full line of input & output modules, call points and isolators. The unique 4D (ion, optical, heat, time) and 3D (optical, heat, time) detectors are the most advanced multi-criteria detectors in the industrysuitable for virtually any application. A maximum of 125 detectors and 125 modules can be connected to each Signature loop.
