The purpose of the Telemux TM980 Alarm Annunciator unit is to monitor and display the current status of the Voltage Free Inputs from the field. The information gathered from the
field inputs, present at the remote locations, is monitored and displayed on the TM980 front panel or at a central point. This central point could be a personal computer running a
Scada software package. Alarm conditions are displayed on the front panel of the TM980. The system has a general Alarm Contact, Audible and Visual Alarm Contacts. The system has a
set of keys which are used to Test, Silence, Accept and Reset Alarms.
