Features and uses Enamel Emalex-M is a suspension of titanium dioxide and filling agents together with epoxy phenolic composition. Enamel Emalex-M is suggested to be used as a prime enamel for lacquered tin before lithographic processing. Enamel Emalex-M is used as an exterior coating of tin, chromized tin and black plate before lithographic processing. Tin coated with Enamel Emalex-M can be used in production of cans, metal containers for paint-and-lacquer and lubricating materials etc. It is advised to apply in layers with the thickness of 10-12g/m2 on solid residue and to stove at 170-175?C for 10-12 min. 1.
