Magnetotherapy applies magnetic fields for therapeutic aims. There also exist stationary magnetic fields, others supplied by magnets and variable magnetic fields which are produced by a current that circulates through a solenoid.
In medicine, magnetic fields are used with diagnosis purposes, for example, the nuclear magnetic resonance and in physiotherapy equipments with therapeutic aims are used.


The MINI MAG is a low frequency equipment which operates between 0 to 100 Hertz, what brings about a magnetic predominance. This can be proved by the simple fact of bringing nearer a metallic object to the transmitters.

The application on the patient is carried out through two magnetic transmitters with circular shape which have a solenoid coil. These magnetic transmitters have special characteristics to achieve a perpendicular magnetic field at the surface of the transmitter. The aim is to obtain a correct penetration in the tissues to be treated.
The transmitters can be used either individually or joint.
