This polysaccharide is constructed from mannan main chain with many short branches. Constituent sugars of the branches are xylose and glucuronic acid, etc.
WSK is a kind of plant-derived hyaluronic acid, because it contains much amount of glucuronic acid (about 20 %) as hyaluronic acid does.
