When internally used, add 1-2 teaspoonfuls of rose water to a glass of water and drink it before breakfast every morning.

Directions for use: External use for cosmetic purposes - the rose water is applied directly to skin by means of a cotton pad. It can also be used as an active ingredient in all cosmetic masks for face and neck by adding 1-2 teaspoonfuls of the water into the mask before applying.

The Bulgarian Natural Rose Water is obtained in the process of extracting rose oil through distillation of the blossoms of Rosa Damascena Mill, which has been grown in the Bulgarian Rose Valley for more than 500 years. The rose water contains extremely fine drops of essential oil.
