Liposomes Microscopic spheres manufactured from natural or synthetic fatty substances that include phospholipids (components of cell membranes). Phospholipids can trap any substance that will dissolve in water or oil. Liposomes act like a delivery system, depositing product ingredients into the skin. When the liposomes break apart, the ingredients, such as moisturizers, are released. Aloe Vera extracts a compound expressed from the leaf of the aloe plant. Aloe gel, which is derived from the thin-walled mucilaginous cells of the plant, is considered an effective healing agent for the treatment of (sun) burns and injuries. It contains water, essential oils, sugars, saponins, allantoin and proteins. Aloe Vera has potent anti-inflammatory, healing, hydrating and soothing properties. It is used to counteract wrinkles and is employed for its supposed softening benefits in skin creams. No reported toxicity. The steroid presence in the skin can damage if used on the long term. This silicon oil prevents and protects the skin and never allow the sink to the free radicals attack and prevents the spot and the wrinkle formation. It gives the silicon touch smoothness to skin with clarity and maintains the oil level. Many people mix the plain steroid clobetasol with cosmetic creams which has harmful ingredients and bleach. We have introduced a new formula with natural oils in Clear & Fair Betametasome Di-Propoinate with Liposomes. The Clear & Fair is a spot removing cream, specially formulated to any other brands and it the first with unique natural oils.
Betametasome Di-propionate is a potent topical corticosteroid and is used for the short-term relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of moderate to severe corticosteroid responsive dermatoses, including dermatoses of the scalp. In this formulation we have liposomes and essential natural oils.
It is a Special Anti Spot Product for removing black spots in the face and body and is also for Dermatitis,Eczema and psoriasis.
