Starseed S.OIL has a mild nutty flavour and a rich aroma which makes it an ideal ingredient in many South American, Mediterranean and Asian dishes. It is best used in dressings, sauces and marinades. Although, it can also be used simply as a health supplement, which can help with a range of issues from cardiovascular to skin and hair.

Sacha Inchi is a plant native to the Peruvian Amazon, its seeds have been used and valued by the locals and indigenous peoples for hundreds of years. Traditionally the seed oil has been used for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory qualities when rubbed on the skin. However modern day techniques have revealed its extremely high essential fatty acid content. The Seed oil is 93% Omega Oil, of which 48% is Omega 3, 36% is Omega 6, and 9% is Omega 9. The oil is also rich in Proteins (30%), Iodine, vitamin A and vitamin E.
