essential oils--Chamomile

The presence of Azulene makes this German Chamomile a very good choice for treating inflammation. It is calming and soothing and it cools the heat of anger. Having an anti-allergenic property, this essential oil is good for skin allergies, such as eczema. However, it should be mixed into base cream or lotion. Avoid using base oil as it can aggravate skin allergies, hence worsening the symptoms.
