Cardamom Oil

Cardamom Oil is extracted from Elettaria cardamomum of the Zingiberacea family and is also known as cardamomi, cardomum and Mysore cardamom. It is one of the oldest spices in the world and was used extensively in ancient Egypt to make perfumes. It has also been employed in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.It is most helpful to the digestive system but can also help in the healing of coughs. It is obtained from the seed of cardamom plant which is widely used in Indian and Asian cooking.
