As Research & Development is a necessary factor in theproduction of high quality essential oils, the companyadopts a two-fold strategy ofEstablishing local experienced consultancy teams, andEstablishing close liaison with major R & D InstitutionsUnder this, the company has been able to obtain in-planttraining for its own staff, and periodically involve inmodifications, designing etc. to improve the productivityefficiency of its production.The process laboratory at the Factory site is presentlycapable of conducting routine physico-chemical testing onraw materials as well as finished oils. Advance tests /analysis is carried out by main laboratory and reassured byliaising with certified laboratories.
