Our products of olive oil are available in the following kinds of packages:

LAMPANTE Virgin olive oil: acidity of which exceeds 1.5%.

FINE Virgin olive oil: maximum acidity 0.9-1.5 %.

EXTRA Virgin olive oil: maximum acidity, expressed as oleic acid,0.8 %, peroxide value of not more than 15 meg/kg; K 270 m less than 0.25; delta-K less than 0.01.
