It is anti-septic, anti- putrescent, anti-seborrheic, anti-inflammatory, aphrodasiac, astringent, diuretic, insecticidal, aromatic expectorant, fungicidal, mucilytic, sedative, stimulant and tonic. It may be used for massage, bathing, inhalation, diffusion and compress.
