Made with 100% pure virgin "Cold Pressed" Black Seed brand Black Cumin (Nigella sativa L.) Seed Oil. Why do we use only "Cold Pressed" Black Cumin (Nigella sativa L.) Seed Oil? Because this slow mechanical process protects the highly sensitive and precious nutrients which makes Black Cumin (Nigella sativa L.) Seed Oil so valuable, particularly the highly sensitive EFAs (essential fatty acids). Black Seed Oil contains no additives, chemical or other, no solvents or infused oils and is guaranteed 100% Pure Virgin. The oil is extracted from selected quality Black Cumin (Nigella sativa L.) Directions for use: Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily with meals. Do not exceed 15(mL) daily.
Children over 3 years old: 1/4 teaspoon daily or as recommended by a health care professional.
Dilute or mix with food or drinks. Do not take undiluted.
