Taking advantage of favorable counter-season weather conditions and the special Chilean and Argentinean soil characteristics, we are proud to offer a true culinary treasure. Our green-yellowish olive oil is clear and bright. It has a delicate fresh-cut-grass bouquet. Once in the mouth it develops green notes, plantain and fruits aroma with a medium-high spicy, endurable sensation. The bitter is low.
