GLASS DIVISION
At the end of 2005 we purchased a glass printing factory which we took over officially in January 2006. Our glass factory operates from Bramley View. We print with Organic and High stove inks. We
have a frosting plant as well as a scrubbing plant in place to neutralise the acids after use, which falls into spec of the Health Department. At present we have 11 silkscreening machines and one
pad printing machine, a shrink tunnel and two Leah Ovens.
PLASTIC DIVISION
Our plastic division operates from Kyalami Business Park in Midrand, we do rotary foiling and print plastics in either conventional inks or UV inks either by silkscreen or pad printing methods, in
one to four colours. We have approx. 30 machines in our plastic division, and our latest purchase is an Omso Four Colour machine.
