INKS - FLEXOPLASTOL (AS/HR) INKS

Product Description:
APPLICATION

Flexoplastol (AS/HR) inks are alcohol pigmented type and formulated to print by flexo on:
1) Treated low density polyethylene minimum 38-40 dynes.
2) Treated linear low density PE
3) Washed foil
4) Paper

DILUTION

For normal dilution, use Alcohol : Ethyl Acetate ( 9:1 for flexo) . Use Dowanol-PM as retarder. For gravure printing, use Ethyl Acetate as fast drying solvent.
For reducing color strength, use Flexoplastol (AS/HR) Gold Medium.
Please stir well before every use. Always keep ink in close and cool condition ( to minimise the ink from thickening, solvent evaporation ).
