INKS - FLEXOPLASTOL (HS) INKS

Product Description:
APPLICATION

Flexoplastol High Slip (HS) inks are alcohol pigmented type and formulated to print by flexo on :

1) Treated low density polyethylene (minimum 38 - 40 dynes).
2) Treated linear low density polyethylene (minimum 38 - 40 dynes).

- Permit high press speeds depending on press and dryer designs


DILUTION

For normal dilution, use Alcohol : Ethyl Acetate ( 9:1 for flexo) . Use Dowanol-PM as retarder. For gravure printing, use Ethyl Acetate as fast drying solvent.
For reducing color strength, use Flexoplastol (HS) Gold Medium.
Please stir well before every use. Always keep ink in close and cool condition ( to minimise the ink from thickening, solvent evaporation ).
