Polytone printing Ink For CI Press

Another range of inks that are manufactured by us is polytone ink for CI press. As per the requisite of the CI machines it has been formulated in a manner which allows exceptional dot reproduction & maximum dot gain on  high quality halftone printing of 4 color process work on polyethylene and certain other films, & paper board.

The explicit  characteristic of our polytone Ink are:

• Very low odor and  low solvent retention
• Fast drying capacity at very high-speed flexo C.I machines
• Excellent resistant to slip and scuff

Polytone inks are alcohol based ink with the absence of any form of hydrocarbon hence it can be used for the following plates:

• Photo polymer
• Natural rubber stereos
