Storage in the shady & cool place, avoid the high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly. Store 6 months indoor.

7) Storage conditions

It must better to be test a trial printing before you printing. sometimes we need varnishing and overlaminate etc post process after finish printing.

6)        Post process function

It will be have different adherent according to different paper. Especially printing on the non absorptivity paper series(For example, metallic paper, synthetic paper, senior dowling paper etc). Please first use test paper adherence with adhesive tape to choose different UV ink before you printing.

5)        Adherence

Varnish is no more than 15%, Reducer no more than 20%.

4)        Ink auxiliaries and limitation

It may will be use blanket with oil-based ink and UV ink.

Please use UV professional rubber roll. It also may use rubber roll with oil-based ink / UV ink (For example: Miyagawa oil based ink and UV ink).

Please use photosensitive PS plate or negative image when lithographic printing. If its positive image, it will be direct use with profession UV ink plate (For example: KONICA SUP). But common positive image need baking process. If its photopolymer relief plate , please use nylon-polymer relief plate.
