It is alcohol and ester based and meets environmental requirements. Technical specification: 1. Viscosity: Zahn Cup 3# (at 25 centigrade) White Ink 14-50 seconds Coloured Ink 30-60seconds 2. Fineness: White Ink less than25um Coloured Ink less than 20 um.
