The mill extracts oil by cold pressing, this allows to keep the characteristics of the olives unaltered, thus producing an olive oil of excellent quality. The oil, which is produced with these technique, is clear, with an intense green colour and gold shades, with smell of fresh olives and fruity flavour, very low acidity (0,3 to 0,4) and rich in antioxidant agents.

Our Company produces high quality extra virgin olive oil. The farm, which is located in Tunisia, has a structure of 3000 sq m with olive oil processing (around 10 tons/day),  it also has over  130000 recent olive trees put together with as many ancient ones.
