A natural juice extracted from the first pressing of the olive by purely mechanical means,
without using any chemicals and whose acidity is approximately between 0,2 and 0,9 decimal degrees,yielding a faultless  taste and aroma to the palate.

It comes from the picual variety of olive, characterized by producing intensely golden,
fruity, aromatic oil, minding us of the green colour of the tree from which if originates.
It must be pointed out that its resistance to oxidation guarantees its stability and
conservation during a long period of time.
The region in which is grown is the area of  the Sierra Morena, where the Natural Park
of the same name is situated.
As it is produced by a meticulous process which is environmental and ecologically respectful,
we have thus named it natural oil of the Sierra Morena Area.
