IPP Film

IPP film molding is made as melting resin by extrusion machine.Melted resin is made tube by injecting air. The way of molding is made through passing this tube to haul-off roll and wind roll by water cooling. The resin is conveyed through hopper of extrusion equipment and moved to Die/Head with melting by screw extruder and heat inside extrusion quipment. The melting resin is extruded as cylindrical shape at Die/Head. The cylindrical resin extruded at extrusion equipment is injected air. IPP film is made thin thickness and by water cooling. According to width of seizing, the width of molded film has different size. As haul-off equipment is the important equipment, film is stretched and has orientation as stretched as definete direction at a macromolecule in film. By means of speed of haul-off roll, the width and thickness is adjusted. When film has definete thickness and width, winding equipment is wound film as commercialization.
