Regarding processes, the tenter process is being employed to guarantee uniform thickness and excellent dielectric properties of the film.

The capacitor PP film, which is coextruded in a tenter way, was developed by SAMYOUNG for the first time in KOREA based on film - manufacturing experiences and technology accumulated for more than 25yeare. The technology for the production of thin film (3.5 18 mic.) is developed only in the highly industrialized countries. SAMYOUNG succeeded in producing ultra thin films of 3.5 ~ 18mic fifthly in the world.
