The product range is divided in thre major groups: extra virgin olive oil (max acidity 0.8%), pure olive oil (max acidity 1.5%) and refined olive oil (max acidity 0.3%).

This olive oil is produced by 28,000 members of 33 co-operatives in Turkey's Aegean region and processed in state-of-the-art plants that have been a part of International Olive Oil Councils quality control program since 2002.
