Lemon extra virgin olive oil

Thisdressing is obtained thanks to modern technologies which allow to pressat the same time both olives (70%) and lemons (30%) - only withmechanical processes, with cold pressing. The product resultsexcellent, clear and with all the first quality extra virgin olive oilorganoleptic characteristics. Green/yellow in colour. Theolfactory structure is intense with a net lemon fruity and with a goodrange of tasteful vegetable sensations. At a taste test it brakes outthe lemon intensity, with a final light spicy sensation. Thepersistence in mouth is very long. Fish, grilledmeat, risotto, tomatoes, salads and with lightly sugaredstrawberries, special on plain rice with grated parmesan.
