Its really a simple process but great care must be observed in choosing the appropriate and the most suitable grade of resin, not to mention the right perform, the best bottle designs and most importantly, good molding practices.
The company utilizes resins such as PET and HDPE in the manufacturing of plastic bottles and containers. The first step in the bottle production is the drying of the material of which the drying effect is mostly dependent on the humidity of the air. When the drying requirement is attained, the dried resin is then compressed them melted. The molten material is then injected into the injection cavity and afterwards rapidly cooled to shape a preform. The preform is then heated up at a certain temperature for blowing. When the preform is already heated up, it is stretched and blown at the same time in a shaped blow mold to form a lightweight but sturdy container. The end product is then ejected from the mold. The process is then repeated to create another batch of plastic containers.
