It adopts continuous rotary configuration, the bottles are sent to cleaning station through the conveyer and made turnover with the bottle downward. Ion-wind cleaning is adopted to realize bottle
cleaning. And water cleaning and air drying are options for special requirements. After cleaning, the bottles are turned up and sent to filling and sealing machine. The filling is controlled by
Pressure-Time through magnetic pinch valve and CIP/SIP can be realized. In sealing station, bottle mouth and cover are both heated and heating temperature can be controlled seperatedly.
