Shipping boxes made from 1/2" thick Hexacomb panels are lightweight, yet strong because of the unique honeycomb-shaped reinforcements that are sandwiched between heavy kraft board layers. Hexacomb board's environmentally friendly kraft paper construction provides superior cushioning and protection because of the honeycomb structure.
Caseworks Crate and Box manufacturing is capable of making just one, or a large production run of multiple Hexacomb shipping boxes in custom sizes and shapes to meet your unique requirements. The honeycomb shipping boxes can also be lined with foam for protection against shifting and to cushion valuable cargo.
