By means of getting the required information of packing from customer, special design team make very perfect design. It take around 2-3 days for to get customers confirmation about the complete design. The film process is done the design confirmed by customer. ( Photographing> negative film > Adjustment > Positive film > completion film for meeting girth of copper-plate - This process require to take 1day ) The completed film is sent to cooper-plate making room.Cooper-plate is made by specification of polybag.( cooper-plate grinding > film developing > adjustment >corrosion>finished process copper-plate )This process will be take 1-2 days. Film is made by melting resin and will require to mature 1day owing to shrinkage of film. By means of specification, it will require to take about 2-5days. By means of printing color and specification,making time is different. Roughly, it takes 1-4days. The printed films are treated to finish as polybag style bymeans of machines. By the process specification and quantities will be required to take 1 - 10days. The packing process is done continuous after finishing process
