In order to smoothly perform the maximum sewing speed of 5,500SPM (commercial speed is 5,000), it adopts a high-quality aluminum thread take-up level.
With the use of high-performance impeller pump, the durability of sewing machine on the internal moving parts was increased.
The ideal saw teeth movement and sewing system designed for the low-tension sewing minimized perkering and realize the elegant sewing results with the excellent straight sewing.
Through the thorough study on saw teeth movement, thread take-up level, needle rack, and thread control device, it is devised to realize the elegant sewing status without perkering for the ultra lightweight fabrics and new material task.(KM-250AU Series)
 
 
The trimming mechanism is devised to adopt special material-used movable/fixed mes to increase wear-proof and durability and facilitate the adjustment of trimming power.
The length of thread left on the needle after trimming is minimized and the shortest leftover thread is provided available among similar models.
