This machine makes belt-loops independently out of material ribbons or remnants. It combines several operations: The swing away belt feeding leads the interlining tape together with the material through the cutting device with vacuum for the waste to the sewing machine. After the cut material rib-bon (width 24 43 mm) is folded on either side, it gets sewn and sent to the steam pressing device, where a loop length cutt-ing device can be added. In this manner there are created very fine belt-loops without visible seams on the outside.
