Product Details
This production line includes mainframe extruder, screen changer, mould, water tank ,haul-off unit, cutter.
Gearbox adopts cast steel parts, gear teeth adopts alloy steel and fine-teeth treated, all lubrication points inside the gearbox are all forced lubrication type, while lubrication oil is equipped
with high-efficient water cooling system.
Screw is made of 38CroMOALA high-class nitrogenized steel, and has been nitrogenization treated, while surface sprays alloy.
