Be composed of mainframe, mould, forming platform, traction machine, stress-dispelled machine, transportation shelf, cutting machine, haul-off machine .When it is producing the PC material ,it
need to add subsidiary-machinery system and gear measurement system.
Gearbox adopts cast steel parts, gear teeth adopts alloy steel and fine-teeth treated, all lubrication points inside the gearbox are all forced lubrication type, while lubrication oil is equipped
with high-efficient water cooling system.
Screw is made of 38CroMOAlA high-class nitrogenized steel, and has been nitrogenization treated, while surface sprays alloy.
Cylinder is made of 38CroMOAlA high-class nitrogenized steel, and has been nitrogenization treated, while surface sprays alloy.
Raw material to be processed: PP,PE,PC.
