This production line is developed with the 1990s advanced technology of west Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, is equipped with
double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying and calibration tank. It avoids waste phenomena when one pipe is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single- control double
haul-off and cutter are combined with the front calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought about by separately control double-pipe
extruding. The diameter of the extruded pipe is from 16-63. It can fully make use of extrusion capacity of the extruder. Even if it produced small diameter pipes, it can get very high output, too
