Controlling system: It uses ordinary mode controlling as well as man and machine interface, so as to meet various requirements of different clients.
Cutting machine Adopting planet cutting mode, it ensures plane and clear pipe cross-section.
Tractor: The reasonable designed multi-clawers tractor makes the interface between the pipe and the pedrail more even. The frequency conversion ensures stable traction speed.
Vacuum sizing and cooling device: Adopting special designed sizing sleeve and stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, prompt cooling and high efficiency are fulfille.
Mould: It adopts spiral and composite die head, which ensures easy adjustment, even discharging and quality products. The extruder also has line-marking function.
Extuder: Using screws of high efficiency and excellent mixing property , forced reverse feeding section which is a spiral slot, as well as a high speed and low voice reduction box with hard tooth surface, the extruder guarantees high output and relatively low energy consumption.
