Lithography Apparatus

Stereo Lithography Apparatus (SLA) is based on photo polymerization of liquid monomers using a UV light. The UV light is scanned over the surface of the liquid along the path where the part needs to be built. The monomer of a pre determined thickness hardness. After completion of one layer a fresh layer of resin is applied & the process is repeated till the part is completed.Supports are from the same material as the object, which will be loosely built, these supports are manually removed at the end.
