In addition to these models, a similar looking, but Dedicated Scoring Machine (ROTOSCORE) is also available. This specific model is aimed at scoring 4 deep score marks onto especially digitally printed stock with full ink coverage without marking/scratching the surface. It has 2 x inward and 2 x outward scoremarks a positive score is achieved by using a male and a female type combination with soft, rounded off edges on each unit.

A competent operator can easily reach 2000 2500 runs per hour. The Rotoperf can handle stock from 46gsm up to 350gsm. It cuts a crisp perforation onto a case hardened roller. The perforating wheels can be sharpened by any sharpening service centre.

Both these models come standard with one Perforating mechanism, another 3 4 units can be added on in minutes. A scoring wheel can also be installed in minutes.

Both machines are built immensely strongly using solid plate steel and specially hardened components.
