The extrusion line consists of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrating case, haul-off, traveking cutter, unload rollers. Vacuum calibrating case includes water cooling system and drawing vacuum units. Haul-off unit uses import converter to control pulling speed, stable pulling speed and large force. Cutter adopts traveling cut and excellent saw blade. High precision and stable reliability. Unloaded rollers protect the surface of plate and door effectively. The production line could be controlled by computer programmed system or import electric control system.
Special for producing plastic hollow door, crust foam plate, windowsill etc.
